One of the easiest ways to work with energy is to pay attention to, honour and align your actions with celestial bodies. One of the easiest celestial bodies to use as it’s most familiar to our psyche and our bodies is the moon. For this energetic container, we will be focusing on the 2 most powerful phases of the moon the full moon and the new moon. We will be doing shadow work and releasing rituals with the full moon then sewing seeds and manifesting with the New Moon.
